Community groups are invited to apply for support through the Clarke Creek Wind Farm Community Grants, which opened for applications on Monday 13 January 2025.
The key objective of the grants is to provide financial support to local community groups and organisations working to make a positive and lasting contribution to regional communities near Clarke Creek Wind Farm.
Squadron Energy Community Relations Advisor Patrice Willoughby said the Clarke Creek Wind Farm team was committed to building and maintaining relationships with the local community.
“We are really committed to providing benefits and opportunities to the local community, and we strongly encourage everyone who’s eligible to apply for support through these grants,” Ms Willoughby said.
“The aim of the community grant is to provide funds to enhance and enrich community initiatives throughout the local community.”
Funding applications will be considered from all sectors, including but not limited to public health and wellbeing, environmental sustainability, skills and education, recreation and cultural activities.
