In a huge project milestone, NSW State approval was received from the Independent Planning Commission (IPC) on 31 October 2024. The Commissioners visited the site in August, followed by the Public Meeting held at the Dunedoo Jubilee Memorial Hall. The project is now being assessed for Commonwealth approval by the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water.
