Squadron Energy has supported the Dubbo Stampede running festival, which had thousands of runners and supporters gather together over the weekend for the popular community running event in Dubbo.
It’s the third year in the row that Squadron has been the major sponsor of the event through Dubbo Firming Power Station.
Brighter future for Cringila Lions FC with new floodlights
Squadron Energy’s Port Kembla Energy Terminal and Illawarra Firming Power Station have sponsored the upgrade of floodlights at the home ground of the Cringila Lions Football Club.
The new and improved floodlights will enable the club to host training sessions and matches well into the evening, giving players, coaches and the community greater access to the ground throughout the year.
Central West youth celebrated at Max Potential awards
Young people from across the Central West have been celebrated at the 2026 Max Potential awards in Mudgee, recognising their leadership, creativity and commitment to making a difference in their communities. This year’s awards marked 20 years of Max Potential in the Central West, highlighting the program’s lasting impact in building confidence, leadership skills and stronger community connections among young people.

Clarke Creek Wind Farm has reached a major milestone, surpassing $1 million in community investment.
Since 2022, $1.29 million has been invested in the community; more than 70 organisations and initiatives have received support, while 30 local students have been granted scholarships worth nearly $200,000.
This milestone was driven by a broad range of sponsorships, grants and scholarships, with investment continuing across the region.
